FULL SERVICE DESIGN PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY PHASE

First we book a free discovery call and design consultation over zoom to discuss your project scope, budget and style to see if we are the right fit for each other. After a discovery call & design consultation we begin the proposal process. We create a customized proposal for your project outlining every single detail including proposed timeline, defined scope of work, proposed design concept, design fee’s, deposit's structure, legal agreements and more.

2. PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE

After the proposal process is complete, we are ready to dive into the planning. This phase of the process is to solidify proposed floor plans and furniture layouts, begin design research and create an architectural drawing packages to submit for permits.

3. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PHASE

This phase is all about design! In this phase we hone in on the exact vision we have for your space based on your style, needs and more. We will further our design research and develop a design concept through inspiration, 3D visuals, sketches and presentations.

4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

This is the phase where the design begins to become a reality. This phase of the process is to finalize all curated finishes, materials and technical aspects for the project. This is where we will finalize all FF&E selections and create multiple architectural packages for construction.

These two-dimensional representation of a three-dimensional space provide trades all the details to excite the design. These drawings communicate scale and proportion while locating details not seen on plan.

5. COORDINATION PHASE

Once the design is complete and construction is set to begin, we transition into design project coordination. This is where we keep in constant communication and management with the contractor, client, trades, vendors and installers to ensure the design is built to the highest standard while on time & budget.
