The exploration of solid and void forms was what propelled the concept to transcend into a three-dimensional plan. These forms are designed with the concept of providing a private niche or an isolated area. This idea was also considered in relation to architectural forms, furniture and millwork that is incorporated throughout the space. “Loft” is a supportive housing unit for youth with mental health needs. It provides a variety of services and programs to better the community for youth at risk.
